Kreaturz Studio (KREATURZ) reserves the right to refuse service, decline orders, or discontinue business relationships in cases of harassment, abusive conduct, repeated unwanted contact, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that create safety concerns or interfere with the operation of the business, its affiliates, or its representatives. In extreme cases of the traits listed above, orders refused or discontinued under this policy may be forfeited in full, including any payments already made, and may not be eligible for refund, fulfillment, or further correspondence.

Kreaturz Studio does not condone stalking, harassment, intimidation, unwanted contact, or other conduct that compromises the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of the artist, collaborators, affiliates, or community and will not be tolerated.
